Fire Alarm System
Fire causes destruction. Only effective and timely safety measures will ensure that our site will remain protected and safe. We must use fire alarm systems to avoid fire hazards. The system is used to detect and warn people through visual and audio appliances when smoke or fire is present. These alarms may be activated from smoke detectors and heat detectors. They may also be activated via Manual fire alarm activation devices such as manual call points or pull stations. CCTV System
Closed-circuit television (CCTV), also known as video surveillance, is the use of video cameras to transmit a signal to a specific place, on a limited set of monitors. Video surveillance is an important element of management and security control. New advancements in the security camera and Digital Video Recording have made CCTV camera and video surveillance one of the most valuable security and loss- prevention solutions available. CCTV security systems are reliable, efficient and simple to use. CCTV can be used to monitor virtually anything including town centers, transport system, commercial, industrial and domestic premises, visitors to buildings and access controlled points. The CCTV images can be recorded on DVR and can be viewed locally or remotely via PC. At Limra, we supply and install CCTV Systems consisting of cameras, recorders, and monitors. Access Control System
Access control systems are an excellent way of managing who can enter a building, what parts of a building they are allowed access to and when they can access any area. The system will also log all events (doors open /closing etc.) and by whom and at what time. It can also log when a valid try of the door was attempted and by whom. The electronic access control system grants access based on the credential presented. When access is granted, the door is unlocked for a predetermined time and the transaction is recorded. When access is refused, the door remains locked and the attempted access is recorded. The system will also monitor the door and alarm if the door is forced open or held open too long after being unlocked. Access control systems are made up of a controller, keypad and access control devices wired to the controller to control doors and gates.
Public Address System
A public address system (PA system) is an electronic sound amplification and distribution system with a microphone, amplifier and loudspeakers, used to allow a person to address a large public. It can be used as Voice Evacuation system with Fire Alarm system. A voice alarm is, however, not simply a public address system connected to the fire alarm panel. A voice alarm system work when needed during an emergency and is, therefore, fully monitored at all times. It automatically gets activated by the fire alarm panel during an emergency. The system will, evacuate areas in immediate danger and alert others. PA systems with speakers are widely used to make announcements in public, institutional and commercial buildings and locations. Intercom systems, installed in many buildings, have microphones in many rooms allowing the occupants to respond to announcements.
Water Leak Detection System
This system provides early warning of water drips and leaks before damage occurs. Water Alert leak detection equipment is designed to maximize protection by having continuous monitoring 24/7. It detects small leaks such as condensate water overflow, chiller water leaks, plumbing line cracks, heating/cooling piping leaks, outside seepage and more before damage and downtime occur. Water Leak Detection Panel provides round the clock protection against unwanted water leakage with the help of water detection cable like SONTAY. In the control panel, the sensor locations are denoted by zones and are represented by LED’s. In case of a water leak in any zone, the RED LED for the zone glows thereby indicating the water leak. Simultaneously an alarm is also initiated. It has also a Test Button in its front panel for testing the water leak conditions. The water leak detection cable detects the continuous presence of water across the cable. It detects leaks like condensate water overflow, chiller water leaks, plumbing line cracks, heating/cooling piping leaks, outside seepage & more before damage and downtime occur. The water leak detection cable will be placed in distributed locations inside server room/Data Centers. Each Cable is wired to the control panel. In the control panel, the water leak from each cable is monitored and in case of detection from any cable, an alarm is initiated.

Fire Suppression
We provide you with fully integrated automatic fire suppression and detection systems. Fire Suppression products include the following: NOVEC 1230: NOVEC 1230 systems are designed to extinguish fires involving flammable liquids, gases and electrical equipment. It is generally used in situations where water from a fire sprinkler would damage expensive equipment or where water- based fire protection is impractical, such as museums, banks, clean rooms and hospitals. Novec 1230 fire protection fluid has zero ozone depletion potential, a global warming potential of one, a five day atmospheric lifetime, and a large margin of safety for occupied spaces. Novec 1230 fire protection fluid extinguishes fire primarily by removing heat from the fire. It is also electrically non-conductive.
Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus System
At Limra, we provide very early warning aspirating smoke detection solutions with continuous air sampling which provide the earliest possible warning of an impending fire hazard. VESDA aspirating smoke detectors buy the critical time needed to investigate an alarm and initiate an appropriate response to prevent injury, property damage or business disruption. VESDA detectors have multi-level warnings and a wide range of sensitivity that does not degrade or change over time, so even minute levels of smoke can be detected before a fire has time to escalate. VESDA detector is much like a vacuum cleaner. It sucks air from the protected environment via purpose-built aspirating pipe and fittings and samples the quality of air passing through the VESDA detection laser chamber.
Intrusion Alarm System
An Intrusion alarm system is a system designed to detect intrusion – unauthorized entry – into a building or area. Security alarms are used in residential, commercial, industrial, and military properties for protection against burglary (theft) or property damage, as well as personal protection against intruders. Wired intrusion alarm system is used in under – construction buildings where we can make provision of alarm system during construction phase Wireless Intruder alarm system is used for already built buildings where provision of wiring is dicult. Hybrid Intrusion Alarm System is used in under renovation buildings in which we can attach wired sensors in new building area while we can attach wireless sensors in already built area.
Visitor Management System
Visitor management software records all relevant information about the visitor, which is automatically captured in a database. Then ID scanning is done, and a professional quality visitor badge/pass is printed. The badge printing software is integrated into the module for convenient operation.
